Lost At Sea Scavenger Hunt
Welcome to the Lost At Sea Scavenger Hunt where we are helping the Kinsman people find a new home. If you’ve just found us, be sure to start the adventure at Stop #1, which is Jill Williamson’s blog.
Collect all the clue words in order so you can enter to win the Kindle. If you want to enter to win the second Kindle, you’ll have to take a quiz at the end, so take your time and read each post carefully. The main prizes in the hunt are open to international entries. Individual author contests, however, might have different rules, so please read the parameters on each site. You have until Sunday night, February 19, at midnight, Pacific Time to finish.

Wilek and Trevn were turned off by the storm-wielding sky pirates in Nebraska. A tip from a local as to the best way out of this land led them southeast. They traveled along the back roads in an old pickup truck until they reached Kennedy Space Center and, from the launch center on Cape Canaveral, flew into space aboard the Argonaut to Stop #9, the Planet Lepeus Delta from Kyle Pratt’s Seekers of Earth, the first book in his new The Guardian Knights of Terra series.
On Lepeus Delta they help cadet Lucas Baldwin lead his platoon of marines in an assault on a mammoth crystal base occupied by the Valac.

About Seekers of Earth
Here’s a closer look at Seekers of Earth, book one in the The Guardian Knights of Terra series.
Lucas Baldwin, the young son of a powerful lord, is on his first deep space training mission. Advancing through a captured facility he encounters a lunatic girl about his age. Only later does he realize that the girl, Rachel, is speaking English, a long dead language. Rachel talks of an Earth still in existence and more advanced than the horse-and-buggy world that had supposedly been destroyed.
All his life Lucas has been taught that more than three hundred years ago, pre-industrial Earth was destroyed by the advancing Valac hegemony. The Mage, a benevolent and highly-advanced race, were able to save a few thousand people. These surviving humans are offered sophisticated technology in return for their help in the fight against the Valac.
Humans have become the guardians of the Mage. But now Lucas wonders if the history he has been taught is all a lie—but such thoughts are treason.
Seekers of Earth, a 38,000-word introductory novella to the Guardian Knights of Terra series, is available now for pre-order on Amazon.
