My Film and Book Reviews

Most of you know me because of the books I write, but I also like to see movies. I'll go to the theater for something I think is special, while others I just wait and rent and that is how I rate movies--buy the ticket, wait and rent, or don't bother.

Over the last several years I’ve posted a few reviews in my author’s blog on this website. Well, I might not be the quickest brain on the block, but it finally occurred to me that I should make film and book reviews a regular feature here.

My plan is to focus on the types of movies that I like, smaller, non-blockbuster, science fiction movies, the more serious post-apocalyptic films and a some others that interest me.

I'll also do some book reviews, but because I am an author, know other authors and don’t want to be swayed by personal feelings or hurt the feelings of a friend, I’ll limit my book reviews to non-fiction, and the classics of science fiction and the post-apocalyptic genre.
